These cookies are only available by pickup so that I can guarantee your custom-made cookies will reach your hands in perfect condition! The cookie shapes and personalized designs are often delicate, so they are pickup-only to help keep them fresh and intact. If you need to ship them to a recipient, let me know and I can provide detailed shipping instructions for you to follow.

I recommend placing your order at least two weeks ahead of time. If it’s a big event and you need more than a couple dozen cookies, a month is even better. Occasional exceptions can be made for small custom orders.

Let me know as much as you can about your event so we can collaborate on cookies you’ll love. I’ll work with whatever you can provide to design personalized, hand-decorated cookies to make your event extra special.

Your cookies will stay fresh in their individually-sealed, airtight bags for up to 3 weeks. You can also freeze them for up to 6 months.

My cookie recipe is not gluten-free. It contains milk, eggs, and butter and is made in an environment where it may be exposed to nuts. Changing the recipe would change the quality my cookies are known for. If you need alternate options, I can help you find a store or artist that may be able to help.
